Over the last 15 years, Tim has been Managing Director and Chief Executive of a number of companies, both in the private and public sector. His industry experience includes IT, management consulting, manufacturing and real estate. As Group Managing Director, his role is to ensure that the legal, financial and administrative requirements of the company are adhered to at the highest standard and along with his fellow directors, that responsible corporate governance is maintained.

John has 20 years of international consulting and corporate experience focusing on organisational design, governance, change management, Corporate Social Responsibility. John, has been involved in building and supporting busnesses all over the world and more specifically in South Africa, central and eastern Europe, France, India and the UK. John graduated from Unviversity of Pretoria with an Honours degree in Industrial Sociology and Organisational Theory.

Prabakumar is Malaysian raised and educated in Kuala Lumpur. His objective is to ensure the highest level of financial reporting and compliance integrity is attainted through out the PP Group of Companies. and provide the necessary assistance to the on-going Group s Growth and the ever changing business environment. He is an associate member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountant (MIA) which carries the designation of Chartered Accountant (CA) as well as an Associate Member (ACMA) of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) of the UK since 1998. Prabakumar has more than 14 years of experience and exposure in Finance and Accounting including 7 years at Senior Managerial level covering Manufacturing, Project Engineering, Property Development and Banking. He has also substantial experience in the implementation of Management Information Systems such as Oracle, Infinium, Mapics and IFCA Premier Developer.

John's background is multi-faceted. As an IT specialist he designed and implemented computer systems for The Forestry Commission, British Gas, The AA and many of the leading insurers of the UK as well as worldwide ship brokers. He is also recognised an one of the leading Sales Trainers in the industry as well as the designer behind many of the innovative products of The Group. John is married and has two daughters.

James originates from London and brings a wealth of experience from the real estate, hospitality and marketing industries. With far reaching knowledge gained on four continents, he is responsible for all of the groups marketing, advertising, exhibitions, developing a framework for brand messaging and corporate communication initiatives. James thrives on strategic forward thinking, relies heavily on common sense to accurately gauge our target markets and to identify future opportunities thus ensuring a solid corporate platform for our future success. James passion for sports has culminated in the group s sponsorship of English Premier Football with ESPN/STAR SPORTS which has elevated our brand awareness to a high platform worldwide.

James Hodgson

Steve started his soccer career at Everton then joined Aston Villa before moving to Liverpool in 1985. He played a crucial role in Liverpool's "double" winning side of that season. Steve and Liverpool won the 1988 League title and lost the FA Cup Final at Wembley to Wimbledon. In 1988, McMahon won his first of 17 caps for England. Steve played in the World Cup in Italy. In 1991 Steve joined Manchester City after playing 276 games for Liverpool, during which time he scored 50 goals. He played 87 league matches before becoming player-manager of Swindon Town. Swindon were promoted into Division One at the first attempt as Division Two champions. His next stop came at Blackpool and took them to immediate promotion and also won two LDV Vans Trophy in the same year. Steve worked as a pundit for the BBC and in 2006 joined ESPN Star Sports. Steve was placed in 42nd position in the 100 Players Who Shook The Kop poll which asked supporters to name the best 100 players of all time.

After 11 yeears in The Royal Airforce, Nigel has been working in the Land and Housing Development industry since 1991. Nigel started his career with a UK National Estate Agency and Chartered Surveying Company in Buckinghamshire specialising in land and developments. Throughout his career he has worked for several well known Chartered Surveying companies in England, advising private and Institutional clients on their land holdings. Nigel has also worked for one of the UK s most successful House Builders, in sourcing good quality land for housing.Nigel now brings his vast experience in Land and Developments into SE Asia.Nigel recently married Clare. Nigel is also a qualified golfing Coach.

Nigel Blanchard

Neil obtained an Honours degree in Town and Country Planning from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in 1983. With qualifying experience at Telford New Town Development Corporation and Bedfordshire County Council, he was chartered as a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in 1984. Neil worked for Chapman Warren, a planning consultancy based in Swindon, until 1992, becoming a partner in 1989 with responsibility for the East of England region. In September 1992 he founded Development Land and Planning Consultants Ltd with Simon James. The DLP Consulting Group now comprises 11 partners and four companies specialising in Planning, Environmental Assessment, Transportation and Design.
