Cedric De Souza spent more than 20 years in the advertising industry in both local and international agencies, servicing clients in the Automobile, Corporate, Finance, Hotel and Property industries. Prior to joining Profitable Plots Cedric was the Executive Director in a local advertising agency. A hands-on approach person, his experience includes Client Servicing, Media Planning,TV and Radio production, Printing and Event Management. At Profitable Plots, Cedric is responsible for developing advertising and marketing plans to enhance the brand positioning with investors and the wider public. These include above-the-line Advertising, Roadshows and Exhibitions held both locally and in the region and lending inter-department support.

James originates from London and brings a wealth of experience from the real estate, hospitality and marketing industries. With far reaching knowledge gained on four continents, he is responsible for all of the groups marketing, advertising, exhibitions, developing a framework for brand messaging and corporate communication initiatives. James thrives on strategic forward thinking, relies heavily on common sense to accurately gauge our target markets and to identify future opportunities thus ensuring a solid corporate platform for our future success. James passion for sports has culminated in the group s sponsorship of English Premier Football with ESPN/STAR SPORTS which has elevated our brand awareness to a high platform worldwide.

Carolyn Koh is in charge of the implementation and development of all marketing related activities for the Company. She is responsible for the planning and execution of promotional materials and events to enhance the company s brand equity in the market. A communications graduate and financial MBA student, with extensive experience in advertising and events management, allows her to identify and implement marketing strategies meticulously and efficiently. Prior to joining Profitable Plots, Carolyn was also ardently involved with the local youth community, where she embarked on a myriad of marketing and mentoring projects for a non-profit academy to support the Youth-at-Risk .
