Roles - The HR manager can, in close co operation with departmental mangers clearly define the “Role” of the individual. The system has in excess of 20,000 pre defined “Roles” which can be tuned to meet the individual organizations needs.
Tasks - Each “Role” can be associated with a set of “Tasks”, which can be adapted and changed to meet new requirements. The “Tasks” become key performance indicators (KPI) and since this is a real time, intranet based product, employee to manager assessments can be done at any time, thus guiding the employee and enhancing their activities. Each of the 20,000 “Roles” has the corresponding tasks matched to them and these “Tasks” can be edited and enhanced to meet any companies specific needs.
Skills, abilities and knowledge - The defined “Role” and the designated “Tasks” are enhanced by the use of a “Skills” and “Abilities” matrix. This displays the skills and abilities, ranked in order of importance, needed to fulfill the role. Coupled with this is a simple “Knowledge base” which defines which areas of “Knowledge” the employee should focus on. Each of these can be linked to on line or off line training modules which are set by the company to benefit the employee.
Attendance - The system also completely automated “Attendance” module covering absence request for holidays for acceptance or rejection by the manager, prior to sending to HR; this automatically deducts the holiday entitlement as days are used. Medical leave and all other forms of leave such as military training can fully automated.
Expenses - Expense submission is screen based, fully definable, multi currency and automatically submitted for approval to the manager before being sent to finance if accepted.
Job history- As an employees role changes or they are promoted this module track the movement of the person in the organization. It records previous role, dates and salaries.
Payroll - This module allows for pay statements, commission, bonus or overtime to be electronically published to the individual details. This allows the employee, the manager and the executive to have a digital archive of the what the employee has earned.
Benefits – Shows the benefits and entitlements for the individual, such as medical, life insurance, critical illness, travel insurance. Each benefit can be linked to a digital claim form and forwarded to the relevant party to initiate the benefit.
Handbook – This allows the company handbook to be displayed digitally. Updates and changes are instant and all employees are kept up to date.
Disciplinary – If an employee becomes subject to disciplinary procedures, then the event is recorded here. This module can be edited and enhanced according to the company need.
Incident – Should an employee witness an incident in the work place. such as an accident, fire, or any other dangerous occurrence it can be recorded here. Time and date stamped and automatically sent to HR or the safety officer.
Appraisals – As the individual is appraised on their tasks and KPI’s completed this can be recorded and improvements tracked.
