Michael holds a Doctorate degree in Philosophy in Psychology (PhD) and a Masters Degree in Education, Training & Development. Michael consulted and facilitated on insurance education and infrastructure development with the insurance authority of the Ministry of Economy and Finance Cambodia, Forte Insurance Cambodia Plc and Malaysian Insurance Institute. He facilitated and moderated in the plenary session at the 5th Asean Insurance Congress 2005 held in Siem Reap, Cambodia. He worked for QBE Insurance (International) Limited (1994 to 2004), NZI Insurance Singapore (1986 to 1993) and Insurance Corporation of Singapore (1979 to 1986). Michael is currently working towards completing his book.

To coordinate and execute all marketing related strategies and activities within the allocated budget. To interface with media owners, PR agencies and vendors. Responsible for the timely production of the company’s bi-monthly newsletters.
