Requirements: As a member of a team, devloping new business opportunities by meeting potential clients using your own network of contacts, at company sponsored exhibitions or from direct enquires and using your sales skill in combination with the companies collateral and workshops to achieve monthly target of 4 plots per month, following succesful probation. Reporting to the BDM
Requirements: Plan direct and coordinate sales activities by establishing sales goals and related marketing programs and initiatives. Understand and communicate the benefits of the HR software. Analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential inventory requirements and customer preferences.
Requirements: To assist the Marketing Manager to drive the marketing communications programmes and activities for the generation of leads and further enhance brand equity to grow market share. Take charge of all promotional materials, organize events/exhibitions and regulate flow of internal and external communications. To coordinate and execute all marketing related strategies and activities within the allocated budget. To interface with media owners, PR agencies and vendors. Responsible for the timely production of the company’s bi-monthly newsletters.
